Painted By Sophia Claire, LLC is a chic private salon suite located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The studio opened in Spring 2022 by hair artist and abstract painter, Sophia Claire. Inspired by her love for art, she envisioned a salon atmosphere where beauty, creativity, and positivity would manifest into opportunity.

The Painter
Sophia Claire is an artist at heart. She is known for her attention to detail and fostering a salon experience filled with love and light. Sophia opened her suite as the culmination of her passions for beauty, service, and creating a welcoming space for all.
Sophia has been a self-taught artist ever since she was old enough to hold a pencil. She had a passion for fashion design and enrolled in the Consumer Apparel Retail Studies program at UNCG in 2014. Sophia later trained at the Health & Style Institute for two years. Upon graduating in 2020, she has pursued advanced education in multiple coloring techniques such as balayage, blonding, hair painting, and baby lights.
Sophia's favorite part of being a hairstylist is artistic freedom; she's passionate about color theory and delivering a customized experience unique to everyone. When she’s not at le petit salon, you can find Sophia painting canvases in her home studio accompanied by her feline fur babies, Willo and Lurk.
